Overview of the Project

The development includes 17 social housing units designed to provide affordable, comfortable, and secure living spaces for local families. The site is strategically located in Tralee, the administrative centre of County Kerry, which is known for its rich cultural history and growing need for modern housing solutions. The housing units are three-bedroom homes.

The project was designed with a focus on creating a sustainable community environment.
